[DML] "Brightening up" the stainless?

While replying to "leningradmonkey", I noticed how much brighter the
DeLorean he was looking at is compared to mine:

I've always thought my car was beautiful but the stainless looks very
dull compared to the pictures on the eBay auction. Can anyone
recommend a good product to clean and brighten up the stainless?
