[DML] Unsigned Posts

We are receiving a lot of responses to the unsigned post thread through the list
and to the moderator email address.  As a result, the moderating team is 
discussing possible ways of handling submissions from unidentified users that
are fair, consistent, reasonably easy to implement, and actually solves the perceived
problems.  This might take awhile, since one of the key elements of the 
internet in general and Yahoo in particular is anonymity.
  
We are holding all posts that touch on this subject until we can get our act together, 
so if you have sent a post recently on this subject and you haven't seen it come 
through or get rejected, now you know why.  Feel free to send CONSTRUCTIVE
suggestions to moderators@xxxxxxxxxxxx
