Nick, Remember, That when the coolant heats up it's under 15lb's of pressure
and then coolant will find a place to leak out since it's thinner than
water. Also there are 2 O rings under the internal Y pipe. Coolant will also
leak at times around the connections on the side of the water pump, the large
hoses since the openings aren't round but oval. You can see that on the web
site.

Subject: [DML] Coolant leak under manifold ... but where?
I have a coolant leak under the intake manifold. I've pulled the manifold
out but the leak is not obvious.
The following are still installed so I may have missed something:
- The 2 rubber hoses seem OK
- The "Y" pipe is in fine shape
- The straight pipe shows some rust but nothing obvious
Does anyone have any words of wisdom that may focus me in the right
direction?
Thanks, ... still trying to get it running for Sunday's get together:-(
Nick
