Call a local body shop and tell them what you're looking for, or look in the phone book for a fabric store that specializes in automotive fabrics. Not hard to find.

I am looking for materiel that would match the origional with the foam
backing. I know I can buy the headliners all done from the "D" venders
but I am trying to keep the costs down on this restoration. I don't
mind reusing the old backing and applying the headliner materiel myself.
