Best thing you can do without a dwellmeter is unplug
the lambda sensor behind the driver's seat.  Once you
do that, start your car and lean it until it almost
literally dies right there, then start to enrichen it.
 Enrichen it until it runs smoothly, but be cautious
enriching too much.  You can fry spark plugs or do
other far more serious damage.
