[DML] Re: DCS 2006 -- "Pheasant Run" vs "Chicago"

I think it could be called "Chicago" no problem. Pheasant Run is
merely the name of the facility. After all, DCS 2004 wasn't called
"The Grand" (or "Smokey Shadows").

I've already referred to it as "Chicago" in Message #42401.
