[DML] Why The Need For High Amp DeLorean Alternators?

The latest alternator thread reminds me of a question I've been
meaning to ask for some time:
My Lincolns burn 60 amp alternators no problem. They continuously power:
- 4 sealed beam halogen headlights
- 12 side/tail/turn/license plate lights
- 12 dash lights
- Ignition and breakerless module- Cruise control module
- Analog clock, fuel gauge, oil & water warning lights
- Electric choke spring
- A/C clutch and carb solenoid
- 80 watt aftermarket stereo
- Blower motor and ATC spring
- Windshield wipers
And still have enough capacity to power the occasional:
- 6 (or 12) seat adjustment motors
- Power window motors
- Door lock actuators
- 7 courtesy lights
- 2 cornering lights and dash indicators
- 4 stop lights
- Horns
Compared to that, what in the world in a DeLorean requires 100 plus amps?
