When we went to Memphis 2 years ago, we did the run
from Cherry Hill to Knoxville in 1 day!  I am not sure
why so many people from the NJ area want to do it in 2
days this time.

Right now, My plan is to leave Early on Thursday. 
Leaving at 5 AM or so should get us in to PF for
dinner.  However, if everyone else is leaving
Wednesday I can adjust my schedule to do this.  Safety
in numbers, so I prefer to not drive alone.
