[DML] what is known about harry ward?

does any one know of a guy by the name of harry ward? what do you 
know about him? does anyone have any pics of his DeLorean? what parts 
did he offer? and lastly how can i contact him? 

any info will help. someone told me about him and has car. 

he was the 17th member of the DOA, and may still be. i know that he 
has a modified car.
