[DML] steering rack

Mark Levy asked "What do you know about steering racks"--- not much, but learning!
Apparently the plastic bushing inside the rubber boot on the passenger side was missing, causing the looseness. It is being replaced by a brass bushing, and the complete rack being checked,  as I write this.
