[DML] Passenger-side keylock is jammed

Could someone tell me how to go about removing the passenger side 
keylock?  I have the interior door panels off of the car, but I can't 
seem to figure out how to get it out.  Does it rotate?  

The reason I'd like to remove it is that, while my key works in my 
ignition, driver-side keylock, and gas cap, when I put it into the 
passenger side keylock, it will not turn.  The linkage on the inside 
of the keylock (white plastic part) rotates just fine, but I cannot 
get the key to turn it.  

Any help is appreciated.
