[DML] Re: torsion bar differences

The ends are different so you cannot accidently switch them. They are
"wound up" in different directions, the left one cannot work on the
right side and vice-versa. This is why although there is an inventory
of right side torsion bars, there is a VERY limited quantity of left
side bars. They ARE NOT interchangeable.
