[DML] Strange Place for Wiring?

I am the owner of VIN 1913 and have a somewhat strange problem.  
When you open my doors, the black rubber cover that goes over the 
wires into the door are on the outside of the torsion bar instead of 
the inside.  Does anyone else have this problem? It seems to be 
giving pressure to the torsion bar becasue of its location. I also 
want to know if anyone has a problem with film gathering up on the 
inside of all the windows when in the sun. It wipes off easy but is 
a pain because it appears more often now that it is warmer.
