[DML] Re: catalytic converter question

First of all, I would like to thank everyone helping solving the problem.

This is my final report on my smog problem.  After I read all the responses, I decided to 
replace all the fuel injectors and the catalytic converter (CAT).  This is after I check the O2 
sensor, ignition wiring, spark plug gap size, vacuum leak.  I changed the fuel injectors 
because it does not cost that much to put a new one in.   Last night, I installed the new 
CAT.  To my surprise, there is nothing inside in the CAT.  It is just an empty container.
After I stalled the CAT, the exhaust gas smell much better now.  The car is also not as 
noisy as before.   I did the smog check the car this morning, and it passed with wide 
margin.
