Right, the rims are aftermarket.( Gotti wheels I guess...)
I don't have a close-up but will post as soon as I can.
It appears the car was actually thoroughly inspected by drug 
inspectors, as the owner found lots of missing or loose screws ( 
pump access panel, fascias, rearlights and so on....)
very funny !
