Problem: B280/Chrysler/Renault 3.0 is even fire. Valve timing will be
totally off. Besides, I don't think intake ports on those heads mate
up to our manifolds. Cylinder diameters should be the same however
(displacement is the same, rounded up by Chrysler/Renault for
marketing purposes). Are timing chain sprockets interchangeable?
You missed another alternative -- abandon K Jetronic in favor of
carburetion (smaller intake manifold that doesn't interfere). A List
member (not me) is doing so this summer, hopefully posting the results.
