Hi Mark,
A little bit of copper anti-seize compound should solve that issue. Now I'd
better get back to work before my customers think I've been swallowed by the
DML :). This can be addicting. See you guys later!

Putting a stainless stud in an aluminum head will
likley make it so you will never again remove the
stud.
