Hey Dave,

Does this setup actually result in varied dim levels on the LED third brake
light? Looks like it may just be flashing on and off, whereas the
incandescents actually vary their brightness levels. It was a little hard to
see what the LEDs were doing in the video, though, so I wanted to ask.
