[DMCForum] Hawaii Delorean owner

Aloha,
I am the guy Marc is probably thinking of.  I live in Maui and own 2848.  I 
believe there are one or two other Deloreans here on Maui and probably 20 
total in the state.  I wish there was some sort of club.  I would definetely 
be interested in a get together.  If you hear of anybody interested let me 
know.  If anybody is in Maui be sure to come by my barber shop.  Its 
probably the only barber shop that has a Delorean dealership poster on the 
wall.  Always up for talking about Deloreans.

I was in Hawaii a few weeks ago..  For S&G's I looked
up DeLorean owners in the DoD.  There were 2 or 3
listed on Oahu and one on Maui.


Because I was only on Oahu for one day, I did not
bother to contact any of the owners.  However, I did
e-mail the one owner on Maui (I was there for a week).
He told me although he used to live on Maui, he moved
back to the mainland.  The DeLorean was never on the
island, he left it at his daughters house in
California.   He did tell me that there was someone
who owned a DeLorean on Maui in the Lahaina area.
This car is not listed in the DoD.

There is someone on the DML that posts every so often.
Uses "Aloha", and "Mahalo"...  Maybe they are in
Hawaii?  :)
