Yeah, I suppose I can't say I have them all yet either.  I remember
reading about the Peter & the Wolf album 10 years ago or so, but at the
time, I couldn't find it anywhere.  The internet being what it is now,
you can find it for sale used, but it is not cheap (~$40-50).

Basically, there are two sections.  In the first, Al narrates the famous
story of Peter and the Wolf with the standard classical accompaniment,
IIRC played by a transsexual named Wendy Carlos on synthesizer.  The
second section is The Carnival Of The Animals, and it's a bunch of funny
little songs about different animals ("Aardvark, "Hummingbird",
"Iguana", etc.)  From what I've heard, it's nothing too impressive, but
I'll probably buy it some day.
