Pretty much, yes.  All extreme-duty stuff, and he's running 15+ PSI of
boost.

The most powerful production PRV is in the Safrane bi-turbo at 269ft-lbs

but all the renault ECUs on the turbo PRVs are mapped to a bar but the 
turbos are set to 8psi from the factory.
