RE: [DMCForum] Re: DMCH in latest issue of Forbes...

I have had more than one person mention this to me.  As with any business,
they reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.  A business is not
required to sell you anything if they choose not to.

However, not selling to someone for reasons stated just doesn't make sense.
One of the bits of information a business collects is how they are doing
with their customers.  They want to know when they are pleasing their
customers, and more importantly when they are NOT pleasing their customers.

Like I said in the beginning, I have heard of people saying this is true but
never heard anyone state it happened to them.

Could we get a show of hands - is anyone here afraid to say anything bad
about DMCH?  If so, please reply.  If you are truly afraid, email me
personally.  I'm just trying to get a count to see if it is 'hardly
anyone' or 'most everyone'.

Thanks,

-Dave
