Me and my hunny did it at the "Graceland Wedding Chappel", right on the 
strip.
Hey, that's where Bon Jovi did it (according to the sign).
We didn't spring for an "Elvis", but the guy we had looked like Phil 
Donahue.

I was watching "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" and noticed the chappel
in several scenes of the movie.
In all seriousness, if familiy is not an issue (or you are mutually trying
to avoid them) Vegas is the way to go.
You can see some shows, eat some food and get a room with a roman bath tub
and mirrored celings.
It IS the marraige capitol of the world you know...(and the divorce too).

I proposed to the little lady on Valentines day at Niagra Falls, then we 
went to Vegas.
Nice change of temp.
It's been 8 years now, so I guess it's time tested.
