[DMCForum] Re: VIN 500...



Kind of like you would the trunk, or engine compartment. It opens
with a lever hooked to a cable.

Several EARLY cars had this type of glovebox. Remember the early
single turbo car next to the stage at Pigeon Forge? It had this
glovebox setup as well.

I'm glad they went with the gloveboxes we have now with the VW/Audi
latches.

Same glovebox latch that was in my 84 Diesel Rabbit!
