[DMCForum] early VIN fuse box...

I just heard from a local owner who is not on this list.  His is VIN 2345
and has the "spare" noted on the cover and no wires on the back of position
eighteen.

1860 is the same way..  There are no wires attached to
fuse 18.

FWIW, The brake lights only work when the ignition is
on.  I wonder if this is related?
