RE: [DMCForum] Coolant question...

Bob, how did you go about wiring the fans for on all the time?

I am still having my over heating problem.
I have topped off the coolant, and I have an air bleeder installed.
I have wired the fans to be on full time, still the car over heats.
Mostly with the AC on, you can get around OK with the AC off, but
within minutes of turning the AC on the needle rises.
The water appears to be flowing, and the fans are on....
I must mention that I do have Hervey's new fans installed.
They are very quite, you can barely hear them running.
So, I am not sure if they are running as fast as they need to be
because I have no frame of reference to compare them to because when
I first got my car it was November, and then I wrecked it in July and
replaced
the OEM fans with Herveys, so I have only experienced his fans in the
summer.
The Texas summer is brutal....

I don't know why the hell the car isn't cooling, it was fine last
summer.
So the only things I can think of are that maybe the fans are for some
reason
not running at full speed, or the thermostat is sticking, or the water
pump
is not working
correctly.... any suggestions?

Does anyone know what the cross reference of the thermostat is for
Autozone?
