This is a common problem.

Call Ken K (or Josh) to see if they have one.

The quick fix (if you dont want to buy a new one) is
to drill a hole in it, and use a taperd head bolt so
it lies flat.  paint it black, and most people will
not notice.  (No one has noticed mine yet).

Grady sells new stainless steel ones.
