[DMCForum] Need help with coil springs!

I've got a little delema. I'm still working on the front lower control 
arm. I've gotten everything off except for the coil spring. I got a 
spring compreser and put it on but the spring acts as though it is 
half way rusted on the lower mount. it will come off all but about two 
inches in the inside. Everything on my car is stuck together so it is 
taking me longer than I thought. Anyhow, I'm ready to get this baby 
running, today was perfect for driving and I missed it, I was sitting 
on the brake stool working on the car.
