Sorry for the upset. As a medically retart myself, When I was born
three doctors told my mom that I would have down sendrome, when
people call me retarted I just shrug it off, who cares what other
people think. I'm not stupid, I just can't spell. When I said that
the report is retarted I was refering to the rules of the report that
we have to go by, they don't make any sense.
