John, Thanks for the reply.  I saw some past post discussions about 
warm up regulators, 038 vs 066, with the 038 being the non-vacuum 
regulator on the B28E.  The 018 is off of a B27E.  Trying to find out 
how the 018 compares to the 038.  Thanks again, Rick
