RE: [DMCForum] Big Trucks..



Now Marc has hit the nail right on the head.  She and I both think the
Hummer is cool, not useful for our lives.  Status is not an issue for us,
only the coolness of the vehicle.  Heck that's why I have my "D", not
because it changes my status, or makes anyone jealous of me, only because I
think it is cool ride.  How many cars do you have right now Marc?  If it is
more than one you have useless vehicles sitting in your garage.  It is all
in the perspective.

How often will you wife need to tackle 6 inches of
standing water at 40mph?  or climb 16-inch steps?

It may be a capable vehicle, but in most cases the
only purpose to a vehicle like this is status.  Most
(not all) owners have no need for that kind of
machine.
