I think I asked this once before...  

If there is a "recall" on DeLoreans, wouldn't
"DeLorean Motor Company" be responsible to complete
the repair??  

Would they not also accept the liability for damages
caused by safety defects in the car?

A company that exists today, which claims to own
everything DeLorean (Name, Drawings, trademarks, right
to reproduce, and so on) should also own liability,
no??
