RE: [DMCForum] Re: New poll for DMCForum

Well as a H2 shopper as of late, I can say 3 feet deep water is about 1 foot
too deep.  I took a test drive in one and they stated as well as
demonstrated 2 feet deep.  Considering the vertical climb/drop specs as well
as the sheer comfort level it provides, I would say it is one of the best
SUV's out there.

Sure you can find web sites online arguing the true off road capabilities
but come on, am I going to take my $65,000.00 SUV off into the wilderness
and tromp around?  Not a chance!  Will I have a nice ride that turns heads
and make the neighbors jealous sure lol.

BTW here is the H1 killer:

I think the H1 was/is beyond the needs of most human beings but this one
falls off the chart page.

On a related note -- someone up in Phoenix tried to drive an H2
through a running wash this weekend.  Rushing water 3 feet deep
took it downstream stranding 6 frightened passengers on the roof.
Helicopter rescue ensued.  The county (city?) will invoke the "stupid
motorist"  law  -- that's going to be one expensive lesson to learn
about being an invincible Hummer owner.
