RE: [DMCForum] Viruses.



I used to work for Gateway computers on the "super que", we handled the
worst case scenerio
tech support, we were the end of the line.
Once, a dentist lost everything on his computer.
When I told him that it was all gone and that nothing could bring it back,
and when he realized that all of his patient records and billing for the
last
few years was gone forever because he didn't know better to back it up...
he began to sob and actually vomited....on the phone.
That was one of my worst days.
