Yes.  No.

They're doubtless better than the stock wires (but almost anything is), 
but they are not the miracle drug the manufacturer would like for you to 
believe.  I didn't expect much, so I'm not disappointed.

Supposedly Nology wires can have problems down the road once they start 
experiencing dielectric breakdown, a problem you won't have with a 
standard wire.

I'd stick to high quality regular wires, like the ones John Hervey sells. 
If I ever have to replace mine, I'll probably go with a set of his.
