You most likely have a leaky heater core.  Only way to fix it, is to 
pull it out, and either repair or replace it.

This job sucks...in fact mine is still broken...I hate taking those 
things out, so I've just learned to live with the haze and without 
adequate heat for the duration...until I work up the courage.
