Guys, maybe the idle speed motor wasn't stuck open wide enough ?!?

I mean if the engine is off or the speed below regular idle speed
(775rpm), the valve opens all the way or at least it opens way more
then under regular idle condition.

How did he try to start the car ? With our without pushing the pedal
a little bit ?
