John is correct but let me add the following. If your DeLorean has the
original fuel accumulator (Parts Manual 2/1/0 #39) this will most likely be
the source of your no "hot start" problem. Replacing it with a new unit
should correct the problem.

Fuel pressure is dropping due to the accumulator or primary pressure
regulator O Rings.
