Check the heater lines going to and from the heater core.  They are
located behind the spare tire well to the right of the fuel pump. 
You will have to remove the access panel to get there.

I would remove both hoses and check for blockage.  While you're at
it, it wouldn't hurt to flush your core out, but don't use a lot of
pressure from the garden hose.  Just let it run through until it
comes out clear.

This usually the #1 problem with heaters.  If this doesn't cure it,
you may have a bad core.

Blockage is usually caused by not changing the coolant every two
years.  When was the last time you had your radiator fluid flushed
out?
