I will make you an ACME Engineering DeLorean Fuel pickup system.  You
will just have to buy the Walbro pump and cover my shipping costs.  Mine
has been working great no matter the ambiant temp or fuel level.  And if
you want to go all the way I can make you a 5micron fuel filter/water
seperator
