I'm not sure what part you are asking about.  The overflow
tube is what is on the header bottle.  The original
configuration just has it spilling in the engine
compartment.  Some people like to run it into a catch bottle
so that it doesn't spill on the ground.

If you are talking about the coolant bleeder valve, that is
on the cap for the thermostat.  It looks like a big brake
bleeder valve.

If you are talking about Toby's radiator purge valve (or
whatever he may call it) that installs in the thinner hose
going to the top of the radiator on the passenger side.
