[DMCForum] A/C performance

If the delorean AC is working 100% should it keep the occupant's cool on a hot florida day without window tint? It is a very sweaty affair driving my car during the day during these months. I plan on adding tint shortly hoping it will help. When I have thwe AC on full blast i can feel cool air (not cold) coming from the vents when I put my hand near them, but it never reaches me. It disappears after travbeling half way to me. Is this normal or do I need to look at something?
