Also, try adding one teaspoon of bleach per gallon of warm water.  It kills
all of the mold and mildew spores, while is not strong enough to bleach out
the fabrics, vinyl, or leather.
 
You may also want to get a thing of Damp-Rid at Wal-Mart.  You'd be
surprised how much moisture it can suck out of a car (less than $5.)
