Hey Toby, those look cool, but what is the beam pattern like?  Are those true 'projector beam' housings?  If they were then wouldn't light only be coming from the circular lens area and not from the bezel/reflector?

And Joe, you have a definite point about not modifying the car and installing plug & play stuff.  But still I believe in making my DeLorean what it 'should' be or 'wants' to be. ;-)  One car that I am planning to restore is so rusted that the brackets for the headlights are not useable anyway.  Daniel Stern is also big on running new headlight wires switched off of relays.  Sure, you can get by with a lot less, but the hard way is more fun. 

Here is a photo of the Bosch projector housing.  It's a bit big & expensive, but nothing out there gives a better beam pattern.  And once it's installed, it will look mostly original from a few feet away.  For those who insist on an engine swap, projector housings likes these are not a quantum leap.
