Why would you question if what "sex" God is?  Say for
instance, God created Adam first.  If God created Adam
first, and Adam was a "man", why does he create
"woman" second?

How about Genesis 1:27..?

So God created man in his own image, in the image of
God created he him; male and female created he them.

I dunno, looks pretty cut and dry to me.
