RE: [DMCForum] Re: Atheists for Jesus

No should be Tropical Storm by the time it reaches us here on the West
coast.

I can perform marriages, funerals, baptisms and such.  If I so chose I can
get certain tax breaks, but I never researched it enough.  I joined the
church after watching Jessie James on Monster Garage do it for the Suburban
Wedding Chapel episode.  I spotted the web site he used and logged on.  My
wife thinks I am going to Hell for doing it, but it has been a real fun time
showing people my credentials.

So what privileges does being an ordained minister afford you?  Any
tax advantages?

We get the occasional 40 or so mph gust accompanied by heavy rain
but they pass through in just minutes.  It won't get real bad until
early tomorrow morning for us.

The worst part is sitting around the house for 3 days straight
waiting for a tree to fall on us.  The kids keep asking if we can go
to the science center and the power blinks on and off.  We hadn't
even finished cleaning up from Charley.  I had two badly wounded 50+
foot Hickory trees taken down Thursday and still have other trees
that need hanging branches taken out.  The storm will probably do it
for me.  Good luck.  You guys don't look like you'll get hit too bad.
