Not on my car. The wire has a distinct end and beginning in the 
engine compartment. It's as if there's a threaded stud that 
penetrates the fire wall that 2 cables hook to;

As far as borrowing your pump goes, I've sent you email begging for 
those tires you say you grabbed for me. Where've you been? Coming up 
for Labor Day weekeend?
