How is Wind power so economical in Costa Rica?

The Oil companies have a significant investment in
what they do.  They want to make the most profit from
that investment before they will be eager to seek
alternatives.  Why invest billions in alternatives
when they can keep increasing profits with what they
have?

Yes, simple economics.  And I don't complain about the
OIL COMPANIES doing what is best for them, and their
stockholders.  I *DO* have a problem with the
president working in the interest of the oil company
profits, and not ALL of the American people.
