Well, do you really know the whole story behind this?  Maybe the 
DeLorean is the only financial way that it can be done.  If these 
people ever filed for bankrupcy, they won't be able to take out any 
kind of loan for a really long time, (10 years I think).

Perhaps college is just a good excuse to sell it.  Maybe they're 
tired of putting money into it.  Maybe their kid is going to an Ivy 
Leauge school and putting a gun to their head.  Who the hell knows?!
