I gave him a call last evening, note I'm in Clearwater and am closer to 
the storm than Walter is. He's safe, he doesnt have to evac. I'm in one 
the highest areas of Clearwater (west side of Tampa, on the other side 
of the bay) and am likely to have the eye of the storm pass over the house.

For kicks, here's a pic of the car, I dont have a garage. Moved it off 
the driveway (where it is normally parked) due to the large trees. 
Parked it between the shed (one of those hurricane proof, wooden inside, 
bolted to the ground sheds) and the house next door.

If you can't get to the link, it is probably due to me losing power at 
the house. No rain yet, couple more hours for rain, then actually have 
landfall sometime between 5pm and 8pm.
